Each website maintenance package can be tailored to meet your individual website maintenance requirements.

Website Maintenance - Single Update

The Single Update is designed to allow you to make one-off changes to your website as and when required, without further commitment.

Prior to making any website maintenance changes, SME Websites Ltd will provide you with a fixed price quotation so you know exactly how much the update will cost before your start.

A single one-off update can consisting of any of the following;

Modification and addition of textural content
Image manipulation, addition or replacement
Shopping cart product updates
Update announcements, articles, Press Releases
Removing/Adding pages of the same design
PDF creation and uploading

Website Maintenance Agreements

Our Website Maintenance Agreements vary in both standards of service and costs.

Our standards of service range from website maintenance tasks being completed within 72 hours to website maintenance updates within 4 hours.

Website Maintenance Agreements start at just £50 pcm and rise depending on the number of pages within your website and the required turnaround timescale for website maintenance tasks

All of our website maintenance agreements are based on making unlimited changes to your website throughout the period of the contract, typically in the following categories;

Modification and addition of textural content
Image manipulation, addition or replacement
Newsletter & email list maintenance
Shopping cart product updates
Update announcements, articles, Press Releases
Adding/removing pages
PDF creation and uploading

The Website Maintenance Agreement is not designed as a redesign service. It is for the maintenance of core content, not structure of the website. Should design and/or layout changes be required during the contractual period, SME Websites Ltd will provide a preferential rate quotation for all such work.

Optional Extras

A range of optional extras are available to add to each package. These are individually priced depending on your needs and standard of service required. For example, a one hour update service, typically for Press Releases.
